Organic meat

At Casa Rural Monautwe breed some colts and lambs that we use for organic meat production. For a few years now, we have been part of Trigo Limpio, an organic cooperative born with the idea of promoting support among a group of livestock farmers in the Navarrese Pyrenees. Our livestock is fed on the pastures of the area, we transform the meat in our own cutting room in Aribe (20 minutes from Saragüeta) and we offer it directly to the consumer. We are committed to native breeds, respect for nature and a way of life based on the sustainable development of our villages.

Talking about organic production means that the animals have freedom of movement, their natural cycles of reproduction and feeding are respected, and their health control is based on prevention, avoiding any kind of chemical product.
